Sometimes things can get rough and it seems as though everything can come crashing down. When that happens it is important to have a support system. People you can lean on are a valuable asset. But it is also important to stay strong. It's okay, we cannot fix the world's problems. It is very important to focus on yourself and whatever situation life throws at you. That's how we maintain and manage to navigate through the trenches when shit hits the fan. We have had our entire life to prepare for the obstacles we may face.
