Well I am very excited about going into the studio today. I've been preparing for this day to come. The most difficult part is choosing which song to do first. I have 5 total to choose from. Well it was great that the oscars were a success. Now it's time to get back to work. Hopefully all goes well and I'll be back in the studio tomorrow. Well I am very excited to be heading out to Hollywood for an Oscar after party tonight. This is going to be a totally new adventure for me. Do you feel it

When you can lock yourself into the present moment there is a huge sigh of relief. Your mind shuts down and your senses are magnified. It requires a lot of discipline. I recommend any book by Eckhart Tolle. He explains this processes  in depth. We must learn to have control over our mind and not let it ruin everything. Mundane thoughts of stress and worries which are from the past or future. We lose sight of what is right in front of us. Living simple is better. But if you can for just a few moments focus on the now. You will feel a sense of relief to know that your mind does not have to be in control all of the time. Let your senses do the work.
