I always catch myself thinking...just keep it simple. That is usually the best way to go about life. We have a choice on how we want to feel. We can feel the highest highs and lowest lows, it's just a matter of what choice we make. We are in control of our own destiny. Therefore, we should give it all we got. We only live once and if you do it right, once is enough. But like I said...keep it simple. You don't want life getting too complicated. We must focus on the present moment and live in the now.
