Release the tension

Sometimes we can have too much stress in our lives. Stress is a killer and we need to figure out how to control it. Take a step back from the situation and just breathe. Everything is going to be okay. Usually it's our past that comes back to haunt us. So we need to change that frame of mind. Open up your energy field to harness positive thoughts. This is when the law of attraction comes into play. Then you want to focus on the now and remain present in the moment. Realize that it is just your mind working in overdrive.
